Friday the 15th 6:50 a.m. 2x I go back to buy swith controllers and 2x zero hellos/services. The second time the guy was with these zero customer earphones in the store. No hellos or services so I went to buy them because I wasted $200 for you!

An employee was walking around the aisles talking to his friend on the phone with an earpiece, and when I asked another employee for information she told me that she didn't know if she had it in store but pointed me to a section of the store with his finger saying that this type of item is not low and then answers a call with his personal phone without apologizing for anything….
Really bad experience I hope this will be resolved

Never any service (both under the Source banner and Best Buy) and no one to tell us that they will be ours soon. There are 5-6 employees for 2-3 clients and no one is ever available. Very ordinary customer service.
