The Keto workshop is surely the best company for healthy and easy weight loss without dieting with Nutritionist, Maryline, Dietetic Technician, Valérie and our dear advisor and owner Martine. I have serious health problems. And I can say that for 2 years, I think I haven't had a lumbar puncture for intracranial hypertension. For me it's caused by a benign tumor of the cavernous sinus which creates pressure and the extra weight which didn't help. I really recommend it to everyone. Healthy people through prevention, epileptics because studies have been presented on the subject at the CHUM. Diabetics go go go. That's a good chance of helping you before you pick up insulin. And for your self-esteem. You will love them! They are human, friendly.
