Never go to the toilet here... I just came out and it was disgusting! Toilet paper everywhere, dirty sink cursed the toilet you could see the pee from the previous ones... don't dare touch anything... plus not able to make a direct complaint with Shell... the girl who was there just looked at me laughing when I went out to give him the keys...

Really unpleasant to want to pay at the pump to avoid going inside and there is never any paper at the pumps... so we always have to go inside to get our receipt. Lately it's 100% of the time. It was once in two, but this is commonplace. I add gas every week. I can't believe there isn't a system to notify when the paper roll is empty? Or put a process in place for employees. I have called the managers a few times already to report this unpleasant situation.

Very very bad service... Employee who says anything about the Shell AutoPay application, I end up with the invoice from the customer who passed after me at the pump on my credit card. More than 55 minutes on the phone with Shell to sort it all out. The manager is supposed to call me in 3 days and it's been 12 days... Really poor service.

They often advertise falsely!Gas is .99 cents per liter?? It should read $134.9Again this morning on September 18, 2021 they indicate 99 cents per liter and in reality it is $134.9???
