“Places where we are well served and we feel a good vibe often come from a good manager or management team. Yesterday the service I received from the person at reception, the manager and the two employees who helped me bring in my television which was much too big for my car. I wanted to particularly thank a new employee, Alex Héroux, who took 30 minutes of his time after the store closed to help me. An employee who cares so much and who does much more than what is asked of him to satisfy customers is more than rare.
