The first time we came we arrived just after they closed, but they opened the store and welcomed my 8 year old, helped him find some Pokémon cards. They even invited us back to Pokémon Academy.
When we joined Pokémon Academy, it was a wonderful experience with kids and parents. Bianca was our teacher and she explained everything so well, and took the time to do it in English with me as I'm new to Quebec and still learning French. She helped my son learn the game, and we had a great time. I used to collect Pokémon cards as a kid but never learned the rules, so it was really nice 20+ years later to bond with my son and learn together.
Bianca even invited us back to practice playing the card game with her! You can tell she just loves her job and wants to spread that joy to kids and adults alike! Thank you and we will for sure continue to support your store.”
“The big W is really big.But clean and organised.Shelfs are filled.Didn't see to much stuff around, but I guess not needed if they are having everything under control. It was fun to shop and we sure got everything and even more than what we wanted to pick up. Workers were super busy to keep the parking lot clean of the snow and not slippery.”
