“Excellent customer service. Bianca in particular is a wonderful person.
The first time we came we arrived just after they closed, but they opened the store and welcomed my 8 year old, helped him find some Pokémon cards. They even invited us back to Pokémon Academy.
When we joined Pokémon Academy, it was a wonderful experience with kids and parents. Bianca was our teacher and she explained everything so well, and took the time to do it in English with me as I'm new to Quebec and still learning French. She helped my son learn the game, and we had a great time. I used to collect Pokémon cards as a kid but never learned the rules, so it was really nice 20+ years later to bond with my son and learn together.
Bianca even invited us back to practice playing the card game with her! You can tell she just loves her job and wants to spread that joy to kids and adults alike! Thank you and we will for sure continue to support your store.”
“The big W is really big.But clean and organised.Shelfs are filled.Didn't see to much stuff around, but I guess not needed if they are having everything under control. It was fun to shop and we sure got everything and even more than what we wanted to pick up. Workers were super busy to keep the parking lot clean of the snow and not slippery.”
“Je suis client le dimanche pour déjeuner. Je remarque l'absence de la serveuse Sonia depuis dimanche dernier. C'est une employée qui a beaucoup donné pour donner un bon service à la clientèle. Son absence me fera réfléchir tant qu'au choix du resto.”

“Took the kids here last Saturday afternoon and honestly it was a smooth, stress-free outing. The parking lot was surprisingly easy to navigate even with the weekend crowd, which made the whole experience a lot more relaxed. My two little ones loved wandering through the different sections and we grabbed a quick snack at the food area without any fuss. If you need a solid, family-friendly spot to get errands done and keep the kids entertained, Carrefour Richelieu delivers every time.”

“We took the kids here last Saturday afternoon for a quick outing and it was exactly what we needed. The food court has enough variety that both my son and daughter could each pick what they wanted without a meltdown, which is honestly a parenting win. Parking was painless and we were in and out within a couple of hours, which is the dream with little ones. A solid spot for a relaxed family afternoon without a lot of planning.”
