I arrive at the store with pants worn once that tore while sitting in the car! we can clearly see that it's a defect... I showed it to the cashier and she clearly told me that it wasn't the first time and that I could choose something else. I'm going to get not one pair but two pairs of pants (other models). I go back to the checkout, but she's busy and it's one of us who continues with me... seeing the tear she says to me: what 'she can't exchange it or refund it to me because the tear has frayed so it doesn't work! ? ? The other cashier who served me couldn't believe that she didn't want to exchange it for me! So I left with my pants on and I was in beautiful calvers! I spent $300 in your store and planned to come back and spent just as much on my Christmas gifts....A few days later I returned with the same pants and the other identical ones in another color and the cashier, smarter than the other, refunded me both! Imagine I was going to exchange for two more pairs of pants! And I would have done the same thing with the second one I brought back for fear that it would rip. But instead you lost sales!AND YOU HAVE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER!
