BFM jewelry is synonymous with incompetence...I asked to engrave 3 letters on a Zippo lighter that I wanted to give as gifts. Yet simple you would say, but apparently not. They engraved Léa instead of Léo...?♂️Subsequently a lady tries to convince me that it is indeed an o and not an a... They tried to retouch without success the damage was done. So I paid the $35 bill, threw away the zippo and started all over again elsewhere with people who know how to write 3 letters without errors. For my part, I would have been embarrassed to invoice a customer in such circumstances....

Honestly my worst experience ever in a jewelry store!My fiancé and I want custom-made rings for our wedding bands. A really simple, round design, with an engraving inside.A drawing of the ring was provided, very clear and simple and then we paid the jewelry store for a 3D drawing of the ring to be sure that there were no errors... the problems began!!When I ordered they noted the word encavé after our engraving to notify the person who was responsible for encavating the engraving in the ring... the problem is that they ENGRAVED the word ENCAVED in the ring...Afterwards, they promised to erase it... but they erased other words too and our engraving made no sense. They said it would be really complicated to redo the engraving because it wouldn't be the same calligraphy... with tears in my eyes, I asked them twice to simply erase the engraving in both rings since it seemed so complicated...They didn't listen to me... they didn't touch my fiancé's ring but we redid my engraving.. result, the calligraphies of the two rings were different and the worst... HE ENGRAVED THE SENTENCE REVERSELY...When I notified him, the man in charge started shouting at me in front of everyone, saying that it was my responsibility to tell him to write it right side up and that according to him, it is not serious since we can't see it and it's hidden inside the ring... It doesn't make any sense but according to him all these errors are my fault and my responsibility...I felt insulted and humiliated knowing that this is a piece of jewelry that will be part of my family heirloom... we had already been going back there 5 times and he was trying to sell us rings for a little less than $5000 with lots of defaults, errors and very little consideration for us.I raised my voice, me and the gentleman argued and he ended up making the rings correctly as was supposed to be the case at the beginning...As a result, I think this place will try to sell you anything because they don't even look at their work before calling you... Be careful!

SCAMMER ALERT!!!I bought a ring for my mother's day... In silver... 2 weeks later it tarnished and became practically completely black!!!My mother went back to the store, they cleaned it but nothing changed...And they left it like that without trading it. I have never seen that!
