Avoid at all costs! I went to have a ring repaired that I had had on my finger for 20 years. Avoid for watch repair! Very disappointed. I had my ring repaired, it took a long time and barely two weeks later I lost the diamond next to the repair. For them it's not their fault even though they looked at the claws to make sure. The manager was very unpleasant and put all the blame on me even though I was very careful with my jewelry. As she says I had to lift a grocery bag that was too heavy for it to do that, ridiculous. I do not recommend this jewelry store to anyone, very disappointing and very expensive service for repairs that do not last and their warranty is worthless.

If I could put 0 I would have put it! Small scenario. Last August, my fiancé proposed to me with one of their rings. Since it was way too small, we returned to the store to have it adjusted. It was my first ring, I didn't know anything about it and the saleswoman didn't seem to know anything about fitting either. We do the fitting and I come back to pick it up a little later. To my surprise, the ring is still too small. So I want to understand why and the saleswoman simply tells me that the fingers are more swollen in the evening. She turns me around and, as I thought, I was unable to carry her. So I go back to have it readjusted and when the saleswoman measures my ring to go with a larger one, she gives me a measurement that I had never ordered!! I tell her that my ring is not a 10.5 but an 11. She then explains to me that their measurements are not the same as those they use when they adjust the rings. I'm willing, but if I order you an 11, but at the fitter its 11 is equivalent to a 10.5 in store there's a big problem. So to make sure I have it readjusted but for 11.5 in order to have an 11! Around last fall (2-3 months after purchase), the ring became deformed and the mini diamonds and stones fell off! I call to have everything fixed since I found the diamonds and the store tells me that they will send it. Some time later we received the call to be told that the ring had been made below their standard and that they would repair it but charge us $80! I wanted to call to sort this out without paying, if the ring that has been worn for 2-3 months breaks because it is not well constructed to your liking, why charge for the adjustment????? Especially a ring that costs over $500! But my fiancé misunderstood me and went to pay for everything and get the ring back. I keep putting it off for about 1-2 months and the same problem happens (it deforms a lot)!! So I stopped wearing it so as not to lose the diamonds, but I'm going to have it adjusted in a shop that really knows about it! I will NEVER return to this chain of stores again and anyone should stay away too!

BE CAREFUL about the credit notes offered! Like any jewelry store, they offer a credit note when you return jewelry received as a gift that is not suitable. They collect the jewelry and are free to sell it at a discount or at regular price! They recovered a piece of jewelry and agreed to reduce the cost of my next purchase by the amount granted in the credit note ($750 in my case).BUT, when you come back with the credit note, which is the equivalent of cash, you will be denied any applicable discounts. So you will be required to pay the regular price despite a discount offered. This policy for using credit notes is not mentioned anywhere. It's very profitable for them to offer credit scores in this context! I am currently looking at the legal measures I can take but I would have preferred not to come to this!
