Please take the time to read in full thank you. I had stone age and ridiculous service. I bought 2 stools online on which I was offered a 20% discount with my first purchase. But my purchase does not apply to it phew... I go to the store to get my 2 stools and I speak with the lady and I tell her my name and ask her the color of the stools to be sure. She confirms everything to me. Despite this, I am required to provide photo identification even though on the site I must have already created a %##/<&/$=×%>_ profile. Finally, even though I didn't say anything rude, no one helped me put everything in my car. I had to use the devil myself to do it. WOW

There is a nice selection of products and the service is very good, however the prices are rather high.

Terrible after-sales service. Even within 24 hours you cannot exchange a duvet from a queen bed to a king bed. After putting it on my bed only, I found it not big enough. I wanted to change to a larger duvet. I was refused the exchange.

The person on the phone really made no effort to find a solution. So I have to keep my broken mirror that I bought less than an hour ago! No flexibility. I have done a lot of shopping there and spent a lot, but you can be sure that I will not return.(Original)J’ai acheté un miroir recouvert par des cartons. Très lourd. Après l’avoir monté au troisième étage et enlevé les cartons, je vais les jeter, car ils sont encombrants. Et je réalise que mon miroir (160$) est brisé! J’appelle et je je peux pas le retourner car je n’ai plus les cartons (ils sont dans un gros container à recyclage je ne peux pas les récupérer). La personne au téléphone n’a fait vraiment aucun effort pour trouver une solution. Donc je dois garder mon miroir brisé que j’ai acheté il y a moins d’une heure! Aucune flexibilité. J’ai fait énormément d’achats là et beaucoup dépensé, mais vous pouvez être sûr que je n’y retournerai pas.

Great store, staff is bad really bad. 15 mine 2 people on 1 person to get 30% discount on the item. I stand there waiting and waiting and waiting. Get people the have some degree of intelligence.
