I am really disappointed with the after-sales service. I bought 2 pairs of boots for my children and a pair of insoles. When I arrived home, I realized that I already had soles. I went back to the store with my receipt to get a refund for the new insoles in their packaging and they refused to do it for hygiene reasons. I understand, but I didn't even take them out of the packaging. What's the difference with a pair of shoes that I buy and return???No one mentioned to me that the insoles would not be refundable.
