“The lady at reception was very kind and helpful, I was rusty on clothing sizes, in my time the baby wore a sweater that was way too big from Aunt Jaquelyne, now it's fancy etc. She assisted me from start to finish. Very beautiful clothes for my non-binary great-grandchild! ?”

It's quite rare to have such good service (even if it's the basics) in a store today. I really appreciated that someone was at the front to help me and not having to look for someone to get information.

I asked for assistance with my bras fitting and she didn't ask any questions and said yes no problem.
She was very professional and helpful. When she had a customer, she let us know that she would be back, for there were some ladies besides me in the tryout area who needed her help. I asked for her name and she provided us with her name. Very sweet and with a smile. At the end I couldn't help myself but asked where to send a good recommendation for she was simply amazing.”
