Cassie is so nice!! I went in to get a gift for my little sister, and she was so patient and helped me get a cute bundle of stuff for her. It was very easy to talk to her!!

Today I was at Claire’s in St.Jerome. I was served by the manager named Lynn. She was incredible. She took her time with me, was very careful with setting up the piercing station. She sanitized everything ( a few times) and really made sure I was happy. She is great at her job and I highly recommend visiting this location...

I called to see if we should make an appointment for an ear piercing. She told me no.
My mother is going with my 12 year old daughter, it was her birthday present. He is told that it is 13 years and over.
However, I passed by 2 weeks ago and a baby was having his ears pierced.
