I am a regular customer of this Couche-Tard convenience store, but I have often encountered service problems with a particular employee. She appears to have difficulty reading maps and performing certain tasks efficiently. Additionally, it seems to me that she has a vision problem which could explain some of these difficulties. This affects the quality of service I receive, and it's frustrating. I hope that additional training can be provided to improve this situation. THANKS.

I will change my comment when my pre-authorized payment is adjusted. I was there on the morning of the 21st around 6:30 a.m. and it is now February 24, 2024.I had pre-authorized $90 but the pump being extremely slow I stopped at around $0.50 (no but... 1 penny per second...).

*** if you are going to put gas, watch your gas level before and after ***Let me explain; I'm always at the last minute to get gas.My dashboard indicated 3 km of autonomy.. so I stopped at this station, I put in $10 (the pump seemed to be working normally, the figures went up! And stopped at $10.So I left, to realize that I only had 1km left to get to another station (that of st-antoine). Arrived at this station (which is also a night owl) I advised the attendant of the situation, to prevent this from happening to other customers (she had to call there to advise them)...in short, I am immediately returned to my first station (the downtown one) to have my famous $10 refunded just on principle... And no, even with the photo of my dashboard, of my receipt (on my cell), it refuse to reimburse me and the pump was still available for future customers...Their politicians have the last word.***** if you are going to fill in gas, take a good look at your gas level before and after ***I will simply go somewhere else next time!!!!
