I rented a car from them, and while heading to my destination, I discovered a serious safety issue. The rental car had zero windshield washer fluid. I found out in a very dangerous situation when another car passed me and splashed snow/slush onto the windshield. In winter conditions, this is extremely dangerous. I had to purchase and refill the windshield washer fluid myself. I informed Enterprise of the issue, but they did not seem to care. I was not impressed at all.

Worst car ever hyundai elantra was super dirty and the mecanics was not good condition transmission is very noisy and tons of noise in the rear suspension and constantly having to correct the car while driving

Location changed and if you have any amount of luggage now its a total hassle , you have to take a bus to the terminal with nowhere to put your luggage. Missed my flight due to bad signage.

Reservation of a truck for 1 week and no truck available on the day of my rental...no compensation service or effort to find me another truck.....last time with this company

We rented a car; handling which lasted 1h30 while all the information was in the system.
For the return, we called to see if we could drop off the car outside of opening hours. The answer we were given was that yes we could and that there was a key box next to the front door. Arrival outside the opening all the barriers are closed making it completely impossible to put down the car.
