Pharmacienne qui refuse de me prescrire des gouttes/gel antibiotiques pour une infection à l'oeil. Elle me dit daller à l'urgence! J'ai attendu 5 jours pour voir une super infirmiere qui me prescrit enfin le produit et qui me confirme que la pharmacienne aurait pu le prescrire et éviter d'attendre tout ce temps et journée de travail manquée!
