Be careful, the sellers of this kiosk tried to defraud me. Twice they claimed that I had to pay them the upgrade fee on site ($350), otherwise they couldn't give me a new phone. They said Fido isn't the boss and they decide. Fortunately I didn't fall into their traps, I refused their phone and went to another Fido kiosk and everything went well. I did not pay any deposit or activation fees and the upgrade fee was put on my next bill. If you go to this kiosk I suggest you record the conversation and call Fido afterwards for all have the transaction re-verified. If you notice any irregularities, contact the police. For my part I lost 2 hours of my time plus fuel. By sharing my experience, I hope to avoid problems for as many people as possible.

If I could put 0 stars I would .....I've been with fido over 20 years and the guys Antoni at st-jerome fido store was the rudest employee I've ever seen .Rolls his eyes when I ask him questions laughing with the other employee and ignoring us ...Not only I went there to get a new phone but he told me I can't do nothing for you call the store and ask them to help you.I told him I spoke to them and said to come in store to fix my problem and then he got annoyed and told me if I am not happy to leave and go to another provider wow thats how you talk to clients anyway i have 4 lines with fido and will be removing all my services. A very disappointed client.

I had trouble connecting to you, they said that my date of birth does not match mine and then I called Virgin Mobile after 15 minutes I will receive my SIM card by post from them. it wasn't complicated like you, too bad

Hello everyone! I had very good service from Victor at the Wow boutique at Carrefour du Nord inSaint Jerome!! he was very patient and very friendly, he explained Fido's new cell phone very well, the contract etc... I just have to say a big thank you, I am very happy with my new cell phone.

Worst customer service ever!!! Arrogant and disrespectful staff! I was going to change my cell that of my partner and my 2 daughters and I don't think they really liked it! They tell me that I have a balance on the devices... Yes, what's the matter?? If I go to the store to change is it because I don't care and I want to change? They told us to go elsewhere ? I've never seen that in my life!! I'm definitely going to go somewhere else, let's see!!
