We were buying a product that was naturally no longer in stock. But the person who came to our aid explained to us that we could buy online and have it delivered to the store. That's what I did so we'll see the result.

I wanted to have a sweater refunded in less than 14 days and I had the invoice. They refused to reimburse me for a $22 sweater which YET was written on my invoice that it was refundable within 14 days. I would never buy there again. Really disappointed.. :/ I'm going to continue buying on Amazon, they reimburse us if necessary... too bad, one of the cashiers is very nice.
