Vraiment pas fiable ! Papier dans porte dit clairement que du 27 au 30 c’est l’horraire régulière, j’arrive et ses fermer à 17:20 le 27 décembre 2024. Je demande de l’aide au monsieur du triage, monsieur corpulent au cheveux roux. Qui me claque la porte dans face puisque son autre collègue essayais de m’aider. Irrespectueux et sans façon.

I've been waiting for my package for 3 days, still nothing. Not able to have the exact delivery date. Since the 12th, I'm supposed to have my package. I am told my package was redirected to the wrong location. Meanwhile, I wait. I take days off. They aren't even able to update their itinerary before 11 a.m. in the morning. They really don't care about us. Also, I will add, I will no longer shop at Best Buy! If they are not able to deal with a reliable delivery service. My money is good elsewhere!

Delivery man says he came by to deliver but there was no one there even though I was there all day! no vehicle came into my driveway! Clear snow well and not ice
then impossible to call the office without having to wait 1 hour, only to be told that he doesn't know and impossible to reach the delivery person

I don't recommend anyone to use Purolator for anything unless you want excuse after excuse for not receiving or even picking up your package at the facility what a waste of time. Very unreliable thank God Canada Post is back so nobody is forced to use this terrible company

Your customer service is the worst. It's the second time it happens to me. I take a day off work to stay home, so basically I am LOSING MONEY AND TIME, you don't even bother ring while I am home and then post a paper saying I was not there. I literally see the truck going away and immediately call Purolator. All they answer is SORRY. Seriously??? And you guys complain about your conditions? You have ONE job and you don't even do it. Pathetic service.

The height of inability to use common sense and logic, coupled with a blatant lack of resourcefulness. Smiles are also on the verge of extinction.
The “Do not ingest” notices on bleach bottles exist for this type of person.
No, Purolator I will not be able to send you an email with the tracking number (tracker) for an investigation by your customer service, because the lady "with little capacity" did not deign to give it back to me.

WoW!!! I am waiting for my package to arrive, send Express.
On December 2 the purchase is made and the Purolator label is created. I get the tracking number and then nothing. On December 10, the owner of the store where I ordered went directly to drop off my package in a center because it was never picked up. Unable to contact customer service, always return to automated service. With my tracking # it tells me delivery for December 11, but it is December 12 and it tells me that my package is still in Vancouver.
I wonder why I pay for express delivery, it's delays are excessively long. Much too long.

Le livreur n'a même pas pris la peine de sonner à la porte et a laissé un papier sur la porte alors que j'étais là et que j'avais pris congé du travail pour être à la maison afin de recevoir mon colis. Ensuite c'est impossible d'aller le récuperer la journée même ou de parler à quelqu'un pour obtenir du service. Ils se cachent derrière des appels automatisés pour ne pas avoir à répondre aux clients.
