First, counter service is very slow. Often only one cashier at the counter for a long queue. The ATM on the left is defective, it takes 2-3-4 times to make a deposit because the machine is unable to take the bills without crumpling them, even if they have just come out of another ATM. The one on the right already held my card for no reason. Very high fees, low interest rates for savings or investments. Give 2% on my son's invested money. They changed the type of account and then took back the 2% in fees because the new account is not useful. In short, cruisers all the way. I am in the process of changing banks.

Customer service over the phone sucks. I applied for a new credit card. Instead of sending it to the RBC St Jérôme PCQ branch, it's faster, they sent it to the home address. It's been 3 weeks since I applied and I haven't received my card yet. It’s really boring ?

I ordered foreign currencies online. By specifying small denominations. First of all, no one contacted me to tell me it was ready. The branch phone number is transferred to the rbc general central office. After waiting at the loan for 45 minutes my currencies arrived. Once I arrived at the branch, the clerk calculated everything with me and I told him that I had asked for small denominations. She apologizes and tells me that she can give me some but that I must either buy more than the amount I have already requested or sell the ones she has on hand to give more..!!! Let's get serious In short, I don't recommend this branch
