Terrible service. We arrived at the store around 7 p.m. and no one spoke to us until 8:35 p.m. Forced to wait standing and one of the 2 employees was taking his time with a young girl who came to change her phone, it took him at least 1 hour 15 minutes when it could have taken much less time. He never looked at us or said anything. He was chatting with the lady about her personal life, he spent 15 minutes talking to her about different phone cases, told her she should get Airpods (well another 15 minutes to wait, because she doesn't know what that she wants and that just makes him add more by talking to her about all kinds of gadgets when originally she is just there to change her phone). She finally makes her choice and he opens her new phone to her, begins to explain to her what this application does, etc. And that's not all... about 45 minutes of waiting, the young girl decides to call her mother who is also at the intersection shopping to say that the salesman has just told her that she too can change her phone , the mother arrives and the seller makes her pass in front of everyone, both arms fell to the ground. Totally disrespectful to do that and on top of that he complained about having to work a few times while he was chatting with the lady, in addition to talking about his work schedule (really unprofessional). The only reason why I stayed was that I was the next one to go by to see the other salesman who seemed to him to be doing his best (he passed 3-4 customers while the other was still doing it on purpose). to take the most time with Madame so as not to serve the other customers in line). It is then 8:50 p.m., the store closes in 10 minutes and the second salesman has to leave, so another employee arrives on the scene, but he has a uniform from the La Source store. He helps me and I tell him that I want to change my phone, because my contract is over. He tells me that we probably won't have time to do that tonight, but that he can give me the prices for different options. I had the impression that someone was laughing in my face... as a result I took the prices and left, the next day I decided to look elsewhere and I went to Telus where I immediately entered the store, a salesman came to see me to welcome me and tell me that he would be at my service shortly. 5 minutes later, he came back and informed me of the different packages available to me depending on what I was looking for, as a result I paid $105 for the same package that I had with Rodgers, but with more mobile data , so not only do I save money, but I have more data. Rodgers is over for me, bad experience.

Merci à l'employé qui a refusé d'aider mon père à transferer ses donnés sur son nouveau cellulaire. Ça tout pris pour que tu transferes sa carte SIM. Si tu ne peux pas comprendre que les plus vieux peuvent avoir de la difficulté avec la technologie et qu'ils ont besoin d'assistance, tu devrais aller chercher un peu de gros bon sens. Service impatient et manque de respect.

I received excellent service. I was served by an employee in training and honestly I don't know why he still has his training name tag. He was knowledgeable about the products and packages. He was able to answer my questions, even with my children who were getting impatient. I have always liked Rogers for its customer service and this employee exceeded my expectations.If I remember correctly, his name is Collin.

My package is due to be renewed by the end of December.I've been to the store twice now. 1st time, I come across a rather arrogant salesman... Second time today with a friendly saleswoman but I am offered a more expensive package than my current package (which included a Samsung S9 + in the price 2 years ago, a second line with a Samsung S8) and without a phone... so even if I bring my cell. and I want to keep my package, it will cost me more than it currently does.And the other thing, the other customer had to name his salary, his employer, the remaining amount on his mortgage, his debts... no confidentiality because there are 2 sellers and max 2 customers and no background music. What a group credit check!Rogers is no longer in the game. Bye bye Rogers!

Service horrible, le gérant me dit clairement qu'il pourrait me faire une offre "x" mais qu il ne me la fera pas, d'aller chez Telus si ça ne me convient pas... J'ai dû appeler et attendre 1h au tel avec service de rétention et finalement aller chercher mon téléphone à Rosemere afin d'éviter de faire affaire avec ces gens arrogants et incompétents.

It’s terrible!! Bad welcome bad service bad information I had to identify myself with my driving license before any general information. The representative Jeremy no professionalism lacks good manners and invites you to go buy elsewhere as if he was the owner let me know doubt. It's scary to see employees like this fiddling with our personal information. I'm hoping for feedback from a manager.
