I felt like a ping pong ball as they threw me between multiple departments. No one suggested the same product. None of the products were for my purpose. They found it online but it was no longer available. I guess I'll go to a specialized store. I feel dizzy from being spinned & jerked around. They were polite at least. Spoke with conviction. But it's impossible that they were all right because none of them suggested the same thing. I wasted a trip. They are one of the rare stores that still cut wood, and their nightmarish variant hours finally stabilized. But I dread coming back. Maybe I should buy from the dollar store, if I'm going to buy the wrong thing anyway. The megamaze is next to the rona. But you can suffer the confusion of trying to find clues to escape for free at rona. I escaped but there was no treasure

I am not suggesting anyone go and have their custom kitchen cabinets renovated at RONA Saint Jérôme because it has been 5 months since I started my little project and as of today they have not installed the cabinets despite all my kitchen has been removed since September date scheduled for installation.
The Rona team made several mistakes, notably.
Errors when taking measurements.
Planning errors.
Errors during installation.+++
I tried to talk with the whole team even the general manager to find solutions but it didn't work, they told me to wait...
To wait for! how much longer?
Is it worth leaving a project in their hands?
Does a cabinet remodel take 6 months?

New Giant water heater purchased 2 years ago, the water heater started leaking, so we decided to bring it back under warranty (6 years). Rona forces us to buy a new one at full price and wait a few weeks for an "inspection". A few weeks later: warranty refused, they claim that the water heater has been "modified", that the heater was not pierced, that there are electrical problems, etc... in short, great trouble no matter what, the warranty at Rona is worthless apart from headaches. I always buy my water heaters at Home Depot and the last two problems I went to the store they just gave me another one and said good day.
