On December 2, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., I had an extremely disappointing experience trying to sign up for your gym. The person at reception showed unacceptable and totally disrespectful behavior. As soon as I arrived, she showed no interest in my registration, remaining glued to her phone without even bothering to look up. When I asked about subscriptions, she responded vaguely and quickly, without providing any clear explanation. Worse still, her tone was not only rude, but also laced with arrogance, making me feel like my presence was bothering her. Such an attitude is simply shameful and gives a disastrous image of your establishment. If this is how you treat your future customers, I can’t imagine the service offered to current members. He was a big guy you should start training too.

I've tried a lot of gym and I like him a lot. Very relaxed, people are nice. The trainers look cool, the women's section is surprising, the equipment and space are very good.
I recommend.

They removed their group classes without notifying customers and the subscription remains the same price... whereas personally I had taken my subscription mainly for group classes. Big nonsense!

Place in decay, sloppy cleaning, ceiling and floor have a layer of accumulated dirt, need a good coat of paint, numerous machines out of service. False advertising
opening 24 hours. Some members of staff lack tact, in short to be avoided.

After 13 years here it’s time for a change. The most expensive gym in the area and the worst service!
-Equipment breakdown every week due to lack of maintenance. All the cables are loose and the weights on the free bars are not tightened as was customary in the bodyshop.
-Practically no air conditioning near bikes and carpets
-If it's not the hand dryer that's broken, it's a water trough and it takes months to repair, UNACCEPTABLE!
It’s all well and good trying to squeeze the lemon with months at $55 but the service and the appearance of the place is terrible!

I was promised to be able to go to all the techs, I had an error with my chip and instead of helping me in Saint-Jérôme they sent me to Point-aux-Trembles even though I had all my documents of my subscription, I am told that I can bring anyone with the free trials but ultimately they prevent them from entering because they look “too young”. Not only is the customer service lousy but the machines are often broken, I don't recommend it at all.
