And another star is a high price!!!! We're ordering a washer because ours just broke. We order it on November 10 with delivery on November 13 (of the same year I want to specify because it is important 🤣)
In the end on the 13th, nothing received, we called, oh well there was a mechanical problem on the delivery truck (ok excuse a bit big but it can happen), we reschedule it for tomorrow.
The next day.... And well nothing..... Again, we call: "the trucks are already loaded so it can only be delivered on November 16" (we're not starting to like it but hey what's the point? we can do it, so we grit our teeth, we moan a little and... We wait....)
Today is November 16th... Still nothing, we call back and the surprise...... (No, no delivery eh, that would be so nice/a miracle!!!)
We are told that delivery may not be made before Thursday November 21.......
So, on a purchase of a washer with a delivery date of November 13, displayed in store for sale, we end up with delivery on November 21, more than a week later....
And in all this shit, we still don't have a washer.....

For a delivery service that costs $134, I expected to have two people to unload a patio door and three interior doors. But no, only the driver, so I had to take the delivery pallet door down with him, 168 pounds!!! Bad service which is expensive, too!!

If you are purchasing wood, let's say for a deck, and if you are an anglo, and even more, an anglo woman, I suggest that you rent a vehicle from Enterprise Truck Rentals, drive to Ottawa, and gather your wood there. Just check to be sure they have sufficient stock. The guys at the HD on Baseline were great. My experience at every lumber place in Quebec, not just HD, was horrible.
