Good customer service in general Good price to store our things only weak point very expensive to rent a 6x12 closed trailer and we had a surprise when we went to pick up our trailer at the price which was not the same as the one we had booked on the site and also that we had to pick up the trailer much further than what had been agreed and the employee who was on site in Boisbriand on Friday December 9 gave us very poor service and rushed us a bit to pick up the trailer much earlier than planned and to charge more than the price on the reservation made online

Truck stopped twice on the highway, without giving any sign of life, I told this to the man at the checkout and he explained to me that it was normal and that I should call Uhaul to complain.

By calling here, you are offered basic English service and service in Spanish if you press 8.... Unfortunately, nothing for service in French?? Wow... it's very good to offer services in several languages, but mine is where in your message....
