Everything is the same in WALMART except that the merchandise is not placed the same.
There are some merchandise they don't have from store to store.
Otherwise there are plenty of price reductions and when there are, it's great!!
Especially the specials of the week...WOW
There is an online order that you can place for the drive-thru service and also there is home delivery for those who cannot travel, but with a minimum of one order, pay on a credit cards.

I would like to write to you to tell you about my recent experience with your telephone customer service, which left me particularly dissatisfied.
First of all, I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to take my call, which I think is an unusually long time. Then, when your employee finally picked up, her attitude was most disappointing. I was trying to explain to her that I was looking for a specific product, the “Pack 'n Play” (a foldable bed for babies), and I was about to give her the product code to help her, but she interrupted me sharply to inform me that this product was not available, before hanging up without any further courtesy.
I must say that this behavior is far from reflecting the image of professionalism and respect that one might expect from a company such as yours. In-depth training of your employees regarding the reception and processing of customer requests seems essential to me to avoid this type of situation in the future.

Pitiful! Endless waiting. ⏳
In line for over 20 minutes to pay for my groceries.
Only a cash register opened and operated by a new employee (this is in no way the employee's responsibility obviously).
For a company that makes incredible profits, this is an insult to customers and to its employees.

I thank the employee who served my 88 year old mother today, she was going to get a $200 gift card for a fake person on the internet, with the vigilance of this beautiful person, she asked her the right questions regarding her purchase, my mother did not buy a gift card so was not defrauded

Staff at the returns/customer service center very impatient, curt with customers and poorly informed... No right to reply with the manager. She moves away from me when I talk to her and I've never raised my voice or been rude to her, I haven't even had time to say anything. She was quite rude from the start and left after 10 seconds... I have rarely received such bad customer service. I was taken for a cellar and that is unacceptable
This manager who was on the floor today August 16, 2024 2:15 p.m. is in no way qualified in customer service and should not be allowed to speak like this to a customer. It doesn't represent Wal-Mart well #PowerTrip

Wide variety of items in quantity. However, specials in one branch are not necessarily specials in another branch if they are not indicated in the circular.
I purchased the only 2 items that were liquidated for $5. I wanted more and I went to another branch and the item was at the full price of $15.
It was explained to me that these were discounts granted by each branch manager and that they are independent of each other.
