I thought I was lucky to make it before the gas ran out, but I should have tried to get to the ULTRAMAR.
My cell phone battery was dead and I have nothing to recharge it on my motorcycle. But just before it went out I received an urgent message. I went in to buy gas and wire. I politely asked the blonde girl at the checkout if I could charge my phone for a few minutes, just enough to access my data to pay and respond to the urgent message. She told me curtly that that was out of the question and that I would have to buy an additional charger. It was very HARD to negotiate with her so that she would agree to connect my phone. She didn't want to understand anything and MOREOVER, she took advantage of people's misfortune to make money! She knows nothing about LIVING and shows NO RESPECT. And what's more, his young colleague who is trying to follow in his footsteps, managed to get the invoice wrong. He DARED to tell me that it was impossible to correct and I was the one who explained to him how to do it! I will NEVER go back there.
I received more help from McDonald's employees who have been aware of this type of problem for a long time. Even customers say they only go there because of the Air Miles, otherwise they would all go to ULTRAMAR.
SHELL: It is time to correct this problem which has persisted for too long. There are lots of negative comments and NOTHING is happening. A self-respecting company does not employ such mean and UNCOMPETENT people. It would be time to teach them at least a minimum of how to live and charge transactions well if you want to keep them.

It would be nice if you put some paper in the pumps. Impossible to get a receipt at the pump for a few weeks. You require payment at the pump so put out receipt paper. THANKS
