Absolutely the worst bank to do business with!!! I tried to call them directly because i needed to take out a large amount of cash and could not get through to anyone at branch. Had to wait 30 minutes on a call center for nothing on top of it. Avoid this branch if you can, terrible service!

Here is a good example of lack of professionalism and opportunism: Scotiabank on Google Maps poses as Weston Union at 425 Victoria Avenue. But it is simply Scotiabank which, like others, can manage WesternUnion transfers for its customers. A very nice misrepresentation to attract people to Scotiabank for nothing, when they need to go to Western Union directly. Not even the decency of explaining it on Google or apologizing in the branch to a person who travels for nothing while wasting 2 hours of their day. We only learn it on the spot after waiting 15 minutes in line, all from an unpleasant attendant because she probably has to repeat it 50 times a day!!! Shame on Scotiabank.

No surprise this is the worst bank customer service in Canada, I never been more insulted as a customer like, when I was dealing with Scotiabank staff. Unprofessional insulting and with attitude on top. My worst experience ever, I can't stress this enough avoid Scotiabank.
