This places counter closes at 3pm. Not 5. Don't say you're open til 5. No one is going to your website to check. Google says you're open, I am on my way. And I am really not happy to find I took time off work to do so. After calling the branch and getting someone to come out, They had to go ask someone behind the locked door after every question I had. If you can't help me, get me someone that can. And on top of not being informed (ok it happens, asking is better then shrugging) you tell me I can't use my own money to pay off a loan... I am sorry, are you holding my money hostage? The limit is there to prevent theft. But if I take the time to come into a Branch, and I verify I am me, why can't I make the payment? Really not happy with the bank or the service here.

Yesterday I walked in and I was greeted by a young gentleman(Unfortunately I forget his name)He took the time to listen and then he definitely knew how to advice me best.I needed to make a bigger transfert to My sister wich has her accounts with another bank anyhow this young man understood right away and directed me perfectly.Yes it’s his job,however it’s the right spirit that I’m highlighting:)He was alive,he was present and he cared ! Rare these days.Thought it deserved this review !!!He spoke English very well.Bravo To this branch they have selected a very good young employeeAll the best to you !!
