The work was well done however, we were called following the transaction to inform us that everything would take 6 weeks (and not 2-3) given that the leather had to be shipped from Europe. After 8 weeks we called and the lady said she would call us back with more details. No calls. A 2nd call from us, still no call back. Then a third from us after 10 weeks to notify us that the chairs were ready. When we went to pick up the chairs, the delay was not their fault... no form of apology for the delay and no discount, even just 5-10% offered.
