The 2 employees at the counter, not knowing the item in question, let him leave frustrated with the service, and adopted a condescending attitude after his departure, while a little initiative and curiosity (google?) from the 2 employees would have left a much better impression on this customer, and on all those who witnessed it.”

“Easily the BEST selection of vintage menswear I’ve found anywhere in Canada and the western USA. Friendly and knowledgeable owner who never felt like he was trying to push anything on me, but who always had great insights on items. The store had several racks with a wide variety of odd jackets/sport coats in a variety of sizes, materials, cuts, and qualities. There was also a rack for full suits and a section devoted to an impressive selection of overcoats and classic men’s outerwear. Prices were extremely reasonable. A jacket here won’t be the $20-$50 price you might find in a thrift store; instead they’ll range in the $200-$500 which is still great considering they’re in great shape and are great pieces that would normally cost $500-$1,000. Only stopped in on vacation but will 100% be returning next time I’m in Montreal!”
