The pastry department manager is completely disrespectful. She thinks I don't understand Arabic. I heard her speak about me in a very inappropriate way.
Her behavior is extremely low.

They sell bad meat here. I’m not sure if it’s unsafe handling or just bad. Bought a 20$ pack of chicken and it smelled of rotten eggs. Will be contacting MAPAQ.

I ordered some food from the catering menu and some of the items didn’t fit the description on the website, everything looks like it was made rushed and some items were not fresh at all. The buche was so dry and disappointing especially considering the price. Will never be ordering food there anymore.

Wanted to return a product. It was sealed and closed. I told the cashier it was never opened and she broke the seal and said it was opened! I told her you just opened it right in front of me and she said no. This is the last place to shop they steal money and has the worst customer service.
Since it was bought out by metro the service and food quality has declined.

Their marinated meat is now uneatable, so much salt and spices, you can't taste the flavor of meat anymore, most likely due to meat is close to expiration to cover up for it. We ended up trashing a kilo of their filet mignon for 55$ a kilo and manager did absolutely nothing about it. Will never buy from them again. I used to in the past but not anymore.

**** SUPER OVERPRICED****
I only go there when I don't have a choice since its the closest store to me. If anything else is open, I won't step a food in there. Staff is super rude. I am surprised they still have clients. The only employee that is still pleasant is the older man in the spice section.
Haven't been there in a year so not sure if this store is still in business.

Very poor customer service in the kitchen. The LADY there thinks she's doing anything and speaks in a very disrespectful way to the customer. For the second and last time I made the remark to her and she shouted at me then didn't answer me anymore even though I was talking to her. I was so upset that I abandoned the order.

When I put my things on the checkout counter. I noticed that she had some things with her that were not mine. I told the cashier employee that they were not mine. She responded to me in a rude manner and said, “What is your income?” and I knew it was for Madam.
Is this the way you respond to me with the phrase (what is your income)?? I was just alerting her and did not pay attention to Madam.
I was very upset and regretted entering this place.
Employees should be tested on their treatment and good behavior

Today I went to buy a cake. There was an employee wearing a hijab. I waited a minute. She was talking on the mobile phone, not caring about the customers. I went to buy some items, then I came back and she was on the phone. What is this service?

I don't understand this, but... every time I buy a something here, meat, fish, vegetable, it's rotten.. this time, I missed checking the bagged lettuce 100% thoroughly... rotten... pre-packaged meat... rotten... I know quality control for a big place might be challenging... but for goodness sake.. your prices aren't cheap either.. so it's expensive AND rotten?!

I went to buy sweets in place vertu. There were two employees in the store. I was waiting for them to fulfill my request while they were talking. I do not know how this employee was allowed to sit at the table In addition, she was not wearing a hairnet on her head. Their behavior is completely inappropriate
This was not the first time with this completely disrespectful girl. I ask an employee about this girl he tell me that she is an assistant manager in pâtisserie how come assistant be like this.
Bad management.

I just want to get the attention of the manager of this location. Please have a regular check on yor staff/personnel's customer service behavior towards your customer.
I went to your store and while doing groceries one of your staff started yelling on me for using my phone to send pictures to my husband just to show if I'm buying the right stuff. I was not feeling really well to start an argument with your staff but the next time he does that I will make sure he will regret it. So rude and condescending guy.
You guys do not deserve even 1 star! I just didn't have other options.
