Gio was great at making the participants feel confortable. A lot of open discussion that made these 2 days seem like fun rather than being in school. The support that is provided even after the course is done is great!
They make you feel like part of the family vs just any student.

I recently completed the Coffee Business and Barista Training Bundle (4 days) and it was amazing!
The instructors are very kind, generous of their time and knowledgeable.
The Coffee Business course provided so much information and guides to reflect on in order to open a café or even help on identifying issues in an existing café to make it more efficient.
The Barista Training gave me real hands-on experience on commercial equipment while following a precise methodology to obtain a great quality and delicious coffee.
