Merci pour le merveilleux service à la clientèle! Il y a un préposé qui m'a aidé à mettre la boîte dans ma voiture puisqu'elle était excessivement lourde. De plus, le suivi des commandes s'est très bien fait. Ayant eu l'opportunité de visiter la boutique, j'ai pu découvrir l'envergure et la qualité des produits disponibles en magasin. Je recommande fortement :)

Bought many items in Kido Bebe physical store. The experience was good. However, while ordering online, I twice faced some issues. I had to wait for my last order almost a month due lack of inventory in the shop. The website does not mention if item is out of stock or at least gives some indication when to expect it. After several calls and emails I received my order.It is a bit frustrating as I really like this shop and would love to continue shopping there. But worth mentioning that Kido bebe team tried their best to resolve the issue.

I bought the Stokke Chair on the website. The pricing is really good, lower than Vancouver stores, and the shipping time is a little long, but the quality of the product is wonderful, and the baby loves to use it, I will buy it from the website again in the future, and definitley refer it to other friends who need it.
