I wanted to buy a sleeping bag for my child. It said the price - $9.99 but at checkout she wanted to charge me more for $11.99. When I explained that it doesn't work like that, she asked for another employee to come. And they didn't even apologize. plus, there was only this sleeping bag model with a machine on this shelf. They haven't changed their price tag. They stood next to me doing nothing, just saying it's not the same thing and there's a different code on the labels, but is that really my problem? I wasted time while my son and I were choosing, then at checkout it turns out it was the other prize! I don't recommend this place, because it's not the first time this has happened to me and it's not very professional. My son was very upset. He has autism and I wanted to buy him a sleeping bag which he chose. thank you, your service is terrible.

Don't get your hopes up. Sure enough, the wait time at this pharmacy (PJC Jean Coutu, 740 Boulevard Cote Vertu Ouest, Saint-Laurent, Quebec H4L 5C8) is ridiculously long! They said 15 minutes, but it ended up being almost an hour.

I have recently dealt with a young new pharmacist ( N. Patel). She has been very helpful and attentive. I have also witnessed her with other clients and she takes the time to listen carefully to each client’s concern and offers the best possible advice. She is pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Cette succursale de Jean Coutu est peu efficace en raison de son grand manque d'organisation. Même lorsque les prescriptions sont renouvelés par téléphone, il faut systématiquement attendre une trentaine de minutes. Lorsque je souhaite poser une question à la pharmacienne, on me dit de téléphoner et au téléphone on me dit de venir en succursale. Un vrai cirque.

I moved an ongoing six month repeating prescription here. Last month, my welfare cheque was short and I literally didn’t have $46 to pick up my meds.
I selected the more important ones and said I’d come back 3 days later with more money.
Well… they just canceled the pills and now on my next month they won’t give me last months pills. They just vanished into thin air, cannot be retrieved.
The staff are hit and miss. Some are medium nice the rest kinda suck.
Get a different job if you hate the general public so much

It was the worst pharmacy ever I visited. (740 Boulevard Cote Vertu Ouest, Saint-Laurent, Quebec H4L 5C8)
Below are the few concerns with this pharmacy.
1. Pharmacy Staff is very rude, customer service=zero.
2. Even if you order the medicine ahead, you need to wait atleast 30 min.
3. Required medicines will not be in stock most of the time.
4. They will be ready with some excuses, the height of the excuse was they were comparing the medicine delivery with amazon delivery.
5. You can't trust on what they say on the phone.
6. Never expect any apology from them, even if the mistake from their end.
If possible avoid this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. The wait time is extremely long - advised that my medication will be ready in about 20 mins. No news at the 40 min mark. Asked if it'll be ready and they needed extra time.
Another time I was told that my medication is ready and the staff couldn't find it. I had to wait 30 mins.
Don't go there unless you have unlimited free time to wait for your medication.
Change the way you operate or communicate the wait time with your customer, so they can either choose to wait or come back at a later time. As much as your time is precious, so is your customer's time.

Behind the drug counter of the incompetent! If I had not contacted another PJC myself I would not have been able to have the product prescribed by my doctor!
Don't let them tell you that a product is discontinued, unfortunately do your research elsewhere.
