Unbelievable, so much staff couldn’t get anyone to help us. Came here to get cleats and shin pads. It was a big party, loud music for what? I don’t understand.

Do not make online purchases with this company! I ordered a Nike jacket and once it arrived it was too big. I immediately notified them through email and requested a return label as that’s how most companies operate so that you can return or exchange. I was provided with some paper return form that I was to print out and scan and send back as if it was 20 years ago. I was informed that it was my responsibility to cover the return shipping fee even though it had never been worn, all original tags attached along with the item receipt. I found this to be a bit odd but didn’t feel it was worth a battle. I went to ship it out and it was $42. So I explained to them that it’s $42 to ship a $110 jacket. Their response was dismissive and unprofessional. Just a completely poor experience all around.

Premium Soccer is great - I have never had an issue ordering from the store and everything is shipped quickly and efficiently. Great selection in store and never had to do any returns.
