“We are a dual energy customer, on request (certainly not their biggest customer). Severe cold weather. The 7 business day on-call delivery model is not ideal (tip, switch to fixed-time delivery). All that remains is that with a little effort from each party, we were able to have an on-time delivery between Christmas and New Year's Day. Thank you Isabelle, Manon, Martin and Nathalie.”

“i called to make sure of thier hours of operation & asked the price. I was very impressed with the reasonable price . They are not open evenings or weekends unfortunately so best call ahead in case hours change .”
