I recently ordered blinds from Select Blinds, and my experience was frustrating at first as I added the items to my cart, the final price reflected a significant discount. However, after completing my order, I was contacted by customer service, who claimed there was an error on the website and that they had accidentally applied more discounts than should be. They were reputable and honoured my pricing which means a lot to me. Thank you.

I'm an accredited interior designer and am 100% satisfied with the cordless honeycomb shades I ordered recently from Select Blinds. I have deep windows and preferred to have the blinds recessed with decorative side panels for aesthetic reasons in my principal bedroom. I ordered several complimentary samples for the window shades, which arrived quickly and helped me to select the perfect colour for the room.
When we received the shades, the installation was 'a breeze' (according to my husband). My only criticism would be directed not to the seller, but the manufacturer - in that the installation directions appear unecessarily complicated. I resorted to searching on Utube to see if Select Blinds had an installation demo video, which they did! It was brief, to-the-point and easy-to follow. Perhaps a link to visual instructions for installation should be included in the marketing and packaging, along with the blinds to encourage more sales!
The shades operate beautifully and are just as described on the website. I even had occasion to call Customer service about an optional hold down bracket for my shades, and was reassured and given a simple explanation as to why I didn't need one for my application.
Overall, it was an A+ experience shopping with Select Blinds. I liked it so much that I've just ordered a third shade for my guest room window.

Just ordered, their free samples are great, really helped make a decision! Kept an eye on the sales to get the best price, may update after receipt/installation, but so far they were great! I called to ask a few questions, good customer service so far.
