I paid for a car wash and when I went to use the code, it didn’t work. The attendant yelled and argued for about 10 minutes before refunding me and giving me a new one, and then didn’t even give me the one I paid for! (the premium one) He made it seem like it was my fault I received a faulty code. Awful customer service, avoid this car wash at all costs.

Today early morning I pay to wash my car the car wash dose not work properly and there was a problem the cashier don’t refund my money and don’t help me he says there is no problem this is really strange

The employee did not know how to apply airmiles for payment nor did he scan my airmiles card properly as I did not receive any miles at all. I have had a previous encounter with this employee and insisted he just try to apply the airmiles and it worked but this time he refused. I contact shell to apply the missing airmiles which is about $10-$15 worth and they refused saying they cannot apply retroactive miles or offer gift cards to make up for employees lack of training or unwillingness to work. Gas was cheaper elsewhere but I chose shell for my airmiles offer. If you want to use your airmiles card for payment or to just collect points I suggest trying a different location.

Worst service, maybe everything is fine in essence but the employees charge you for full combos while some just take one piece and charge you for full 2x1 specials, that's theft.

Mediocre car wash but the worst customer service ever received... After using the car wash I go back inside to make a complaint and the person at the cash register starts to accuse me that I may have parked the car... he makes me turn the car around outside to be able to see the defects while it was warm inside.. 3 more times....
