Came here at 9:40 pm to fuel up gas but station looked closed - all lights were turned off. On Google its hours show that it should close at 10 pm. Don’t believe the hours written on Google. Seems like they can close up shop whenever. All three other vehicles came to fuel up but couldn’t as the station was closed.

I've had it with this place. I need a receipt for my gas. They can not or will not keep receipt paper in the pumps, requiring me to go inside and stand in line to get a receipt. Today was the last time. Lots of gas stations out there.

Not actually 24/7All the lights were closed, no one was there. The machines were on but wouldnt take any payments just be verifying payment forever

We pre-buy car wash codes for the family because we were told by staff that the codes can last more than a year, and having a backlog of 3 the codes stopped working. They asked for original receipts of the 3 and when we brought it they said they couldn’t help us? And the manager was extremely rude and dismissive and was denying the whole situation? And ushered me away to attend to relevant customers? Nowhere on the receipt or indoors or anywhere on location does it say the codes have expiration dates. Treated disrespectfully and extremely bitter about the whole situation.

I've passed by this place twice now and I must say that both times the cashier who goes by the name "Bang Bang'" (morning shift) lacks a great deal of professionalism. The first time I thought that he was maybe having a bad day but I guess I was wrong. He does not even greet you with a hello (even when you say hi to him), gives you a death stare with a stank face attitude and makes you feel like you are bothering him. Why are you in a customer service role if you are clearly unhappy with your job? I personally will not be returning to this location.

Manager does not take accountability for its employee's actions, extremely bad attitude, unprofessional, car wash has a very bad management system and inconsistent policy.
