Had a really good experience at this SAAQ service centre. The lady that attended to me was very nice and patient and explained everything well to me.
The location itself is not the easiest to find and the mall signage is not very directional. The SAAQ IS in the place vertu mall around the food/restaurant area.

Today we arrived at 3:34, when we asked the goalkeeper for information, he just told us NO, NO, NO, NO tomorrow.
My husband went in to ask someone else if the procedure was what we need was there and the doorman went in to shout at him to leave, that he had already told him that tomorrow , at that moment I told the gentleman that he was a racist what was not the first time we saw what treated people badly.
I take out his cell phone and point it at me, at that moment I take out mine and I did the same, and he raised his hand and tried to hit me, between my husband and another young man he was stopped because he was very aggressive wanting to hit me, I had to shout to get attention until I came to the safety of the square to calm him down. I cannot believe that after so many complaints towards him, even those in security know him for his poor treatment, that gentleman is still working there.
Nothing justifies a man trying to beat a woman!

Totally Rude staff, always misbehaving, I was there for renewal my car registration they ask me the physical void check copy, I go to bank beside of this office, when I came back they said stay in waiting line again before that I wait 1:30 hours, even she told me you don’t wait in line when you bring the required copy, but when came to her she denied me and said wait again, I wait again 2 hours

The worst service I have ever in government office is here i had appointment for my lost driving licence she told me they don’t do it here go to the main office an old lady she has a clear eye glass and again she made it again at the first time she can give me temporary and she said again she can’t give me I don’t know why !!!!

By far the worst customer service I have experienced in a government office. The doorman was closing the gate at 4:12pm (Office Closes at 4:30pm) as I was arriving so I gently opened the door to come in and he got in my face and started yelling to the point where one of the ladies being served had to tell him to relax as his temper flared out of control. I had to fight for him to let me in because he wanted to go home early…
Then, when I finally got to see a rep behind the counter. She was refusing to take the lady in front of me because her requested would push passed the closing hours. She was huffing and puffing the entire time, she eventually told that woman to go home and the other representative had to take her.
I can understand being a customer service rep must be stressful at times but there is a role to be played and it seems like everyone in that office needs to be replaced with workers that understand professionalism and customer service. Would not recommend anyone to go to this office

A place that does not retain the notion of confidentiality after asking if driving tests could be scheduled at this place. I noticed a high number of violations against me as well as those who accompanied me. People who steal your data and your license information to force your hand to pay outrageous sums in order to take advantage of the reputation of the Quebec automobile insurance company.
Very disappointed by the level of safety rating that does not comply with the regulations issued by government agencies.
Above all, don't introduce yourself.

I understand that customer service can be draining and that it's a very busy location. I remained kind and cordial to all workers. Unfortunetly i've encountered one of the worst customer service experience of my life. The clerk was plain rude, huffing and puffing and treated me like an inconvenience to his day. Incredible lack of manners and respect, let alone professionalism.

They accept walk in but you need to wait in line. Its better if you go early.

The mall is quiet ( not much to shop here ) but the SAAQ office here delivers great service. People at posts are very friendly with smile. No long queue waiting (on Monday morning at 10am) and finished my task within 20 minutes with appointment. Way more efficient!
