Store was clean.customer service was lacking . Employee was not patient trying to access my account . She then told me to just give her my phone ,to see the picture of my card .which I thought was very wrong .waited at the cash 15-20 min behind a customer who was chitchatting with the cashier. You can tell the employees do what they want here .which is surprising for a brand like Suzy shier .

BEWARE: they don’t respect the price tags and will charge you more!!
Absolutely terrible service. I read another comment saying they are liars, it’s true. The price tag on this shirt said $5.95. When she charged me it went as $7.99 on the system. I told her: “but the price tag says different, by LAW, you need to charge what the price tag says”
She’s said: “yeah, but I’m not going to do that, it will be $7.99+tax.” Like she knows it’s the law, does not care and will not abide by the law.

The worst stuff ever.. bad bad sales representatives.. i bought an pantalon from thier and when i get home 8 found it tent and when 8 asked them to change they refuse but instead they ask me to take 10 % from the whole price.. it a very cheap product with a very cheap communicate .. there alot of stores respect the clients for sure will not enter suzy shop again.

I like their clothes, and their prices are fair. Quality is not the best, but for the price, it's good, especially if you have their card. I always get an excellent service from the working personnel. Highly recommend.
