Our team of 15 university students needed custom logos printed on our t-shirts for an event happening next week. After speaking with this store on the phone, they agreed to print a sample for me the same day (Thursday) so I could show it to the team on Friday, ensuring we’d have everything ready on time.
I took the shirt to the store as planned, but things went downhill from there. The employee who was supposed to handle the print had left to pick up their children from school. I ended up waiting from 5 PM to 7 PM, only to be told they hadn’t returned yet. At that point, I couldn’t wait any longer and told them I’d come back the next day.
When I returned the following morning at 11 AM, I was shocked to find out that not only was the person still unavailable, but they hadn’t even touched my shirt—the tape was still on it, untouched! They claimed there was an issue with the logo, which was strange because the previous print shop had no problem with the file. The worst part? They hadn’t bothered to call me about the delay or logo, which meant I wasted time with a professor who was waiting on the sample to take and my time for both days.
Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. This shop doesn’t seem to value its customers' time or take responsibility. If you’re looking for reliable and organized service, look somewhere else.

The customer service is great. You can design in-store or online. It’s 40$ (taxes included) for a customized T-shirt no matter the colours or size of the design. The wait time is short, about 5-10 minutes if there’s few customers and they print it in front of you. The T-shirts are soft and the print quality is good.
