“EXCELLENT AFTER-SALES SERVICE!I explain. I had bought POP protectors 3 or 4 times from them (St-Eustache flea market). Excellent quality (better than Gamestop, and a little cheaper too)! About a month ago, I went to buy 2 packs of protectors again. This week I'm unpacking them: one package is perfect; but the second: 6 protectors are split on the side, 3 of which are also broken on one edge! Not really happy... Anyway, I'm going to the flea market to ask if I can "repair" these problems (without much hope in fact). Knowing very well that at the flea market, there is zero after-sales service (from everything I've heard)...I showed my problem to the owner, it didn't even take him 3 seconds to tell his employee: "Give him 6 new protectors, and open a new package if necessary"!... I REALLY appreciated this gesture (which he didn't have to do, we agree...) because I didn't expect it...Conclusion: don't hesitate to buy from them, the after-sales service is EXCELLENT in the event of a problem (and when you know the importance of after-sales service at the moment...), I recommend them 100%! In addition, the owner and his employee are very friendly!...”

“I am an individual customer outside Quebec and am satisfied with both the product and the service. Some notes... :
(1) The online order page was not updated after I placed my order... even after I received it.
(2) I received the order confirmation four business days after placing the order; however, it did not include shipping status, so I was unaware that the item had already been dispatched.
(3) I contacted customer service to inquire about the order status and tracking number. The automated message was only in French, despite offering an English option. However, once connected to a representative, communication was smooth and she was very kind.
My order arrived on time, as indicated on Brault & Bouthillier’s official website. Although the box was slightly worn, the product itself was in good condition. Brault & Bouthillier is one of three official retailers of the products I was looking for and offers the lowest pricing, which I greatly appreciate.
