My wife and I were just there for two vaccinations. As always, your staff is better than PERFECT. FRIENDLY SUPPORTIVE AND HELPFUL. And I may be related to the young woman. She is from New Brunswick and is related to the Landry family. Once again - from the bottom of my heart - thank you!

They told me that "it will take 10 minutes for your prescription " 45 minutes after and having asked 3 times for this , I just request for my paper back, they play with the people's time, they were arguing with other customers too

They are always busy but they spend time talking to each person and explaining. The staff are warm and friendly, especially Mr Reza. He is extremely polite, attentive and knowledgeable. He has another pharmacist who is a young gentleman. I am sorry to say that I don't recall his name, which is bad of me. That young pharmacist is also very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly to clients especially to the elderly ones. I have seen elderly clients especially asking for Mr Reza or looking for the young pharmacist.

He spends their time on their cell phone and tells us 15 minutes it takes 45 minutes before I get my emergency medication.

Have been a client for many years since they took over the pharmacy. Reza, Shenaz, Ahmed and Lynn are gold!!! Their work ethic and caring doesn't go unnoticed..Very kind owners and really know the true meaning of great customer care!!!

Can’t speak for the staff at uniprix but the folks working for Canada post inside the uniprix could use a refresh course on how to speak to their customers. Found them to be a little rude.

Guess what, I was called BLOODY INDIAN because their code for downloading photos failed 3 times and I asked if I can get a refund. I am brown skinned, does that give them right to call me bloody and assume a country I am not from.I informed the management and he lied to the management. It took some time for them to say sorry. His defence was, ‘hey, I am from India too’.My body was shaking. I was not expecting this in a Uniprix in Saint Laurent. This is the store I come regularly. Every time I will come here from now on, I will relive this incident in my mind.That’s how humiliation affects us.

Please be aware that if you wish to avoid hearing racist slurs from the manager, it is best to avoid this store.Today, my wife visited this store to take photos for her RAMQ card. She encountered difficulties while attempting to download the photo due to an OTP error. An employee kindly attempted to assist her, but the code was still not functioning. Consequently, she asked another employee for help and also inquired about the refund policy, as she was unable to download the photo.Regrettably, instead of assistance, this employee made an inappropriate comment behind her back, using the phrase 'Bloody Indian.' When my wife requested to speak to the manager to report this behavior, it was revealed that the individual in question was, in fact, the manager. He justified the comment by stating that being called 'Indian' is not racist, as he is also an Indian and proud of it, without acknowledging the use of the word 'Bloody.'It is worth noting that my wife and I, despite our shared ethnicity, are not from India, nor do we identify as Indian in any way.Although other employees were witnesses to this behavior, none of them intervened. They claimed to be occupied with other tasks and were unaware of the situation. It is deeply concerning that such behavior appears to go unchecked by the store's staff. In light of this incident, we have decided to file a complaint of discrimination or harassment with the CDPDJ and consult with a lawyer regarding potential legal action.
