What professionalism!!! My doctor had forgotten to sign my prescription for an antibiotic that I urgently needed. They contacted her for another one. Well done, I feel in good hands. Thanks to the whole team!!

Worst pharmacist. She is condescending and rude and thinks she knows more than 2 specialists doctors. Absolutely disgusted with how i continually get treated by this one pharmacist. I struggle with my health only to have to argue with the pharmacist for my medications that are helping me live. Disgusting and she should have her license revoked.

The attitude of the employees in the beauty department of this store is very bad and very dramatic. I suspect they are racist. Every time I asked them if the product was in stock, they would exaggerately say it was out of stock, even though I had checked online that it was in stock. I wanted to use the coupon, but refused for various reasons and even tried to withdraw my coupon. The price at checkout didn't match the listed price, and I didn't follow the rules of the scanner's price accuracy code, so I got a 10 yuan discount. Anyway, the lady at the cosmetics counter at this store is really bad.

Passport photo rejected at the Canada service office impossible to get a refund or another photo free of charge to replace the non-compliant one. At Brunet they guarantee reimbursement if non-compliant

My 15 year old daughter bought an iPhone case at this place for $9.99.. although it was for the right phone, the case (case) just didn't fit, probably due to a manufacturing defect! Trying to return the item, the "manager" categorically refused to refund or exchange the item in question.. when I asked him if he was prepared to lose customers for a $10 case he told me that 'he loved it when we told him that! ??In short, it wasn’t worth adding more ?.. be advised!!

Over the last 4 years I’ve received abysmal service. From phoning in prescriptions to speaking to their technicians. Start a dossier with another pharmacy if you can as this one seems to find dealing with the public a nuisance

My wife and I have had the same awful experience with this Pharmaprix. They insist that we call 24 hours in advance to refill prescriptions, new prescriptions take hours to fill. Every other pharmacy we have ever been to have been much quicker to get things done. They like to lecture clients about calling in before hand, this is ridiculous, they are so far below the industry standard in terms of the speed in which they work. My wife called Pharmaprix head office to file a complaint. They did nothing about the problem. The staff seems overly stressed and extremely rude. This is clearly a top down problem, it is time to change the administration/pharmacist because this is simply not working. It is not up to clients to work around your schedule it is up to you to be up to standards and get the job done. This is not a public healthcare facility, people pay for your services. Do better.
