The store is beautiful and the staff are clearly passionate, an approach reproduced in the tasty meat. Everything is incredible and by far the best in town, including ribs, jerky, spaghetti sauce, Mac & Cheese, and smoked salmon parmesan fondues. It is a favorite for Thursday takeout poutine, which is a delight with a very advantageous price. The products are beautiful for barbecue and smoker enthusiasts, really easy to prepare and delicious. After eating here, it becomes an obligatory stop, changing perceptions with so much flavor. Customers cannot wait to come back and introduce their whole family to the good taste of smoking.

5 stars is simply not enough. Everything is incredible and by far the best ribs in town! The owner is passionate and he even gave me several tips for successful home smoking. Be careful, after eating your ribs, you will no longer like restaurant bar ribs!
