There is no dock for dry Van. Unloading is ok. No overnight parking. You can park roadside towards warehouse at night or there is petropass near for about 4min drive.

As an OTR driver, I surely will avoid coming here again for delivery. Time consuming and they completely deny your scheduled delivery time.
