Ordered Honda carb cleaner from them and they sent the new updated product with a different part number which I do not want with no communication advising on the change and will not take back product. Would advise against dealing with them.

It's Friday, November 3, 4:30 p.m. - The nights are dark!I came from the woods where I have been sleeping for 10 days in a trailer, with a generator that just failed me during the day.I've tried a few things and nothing works.A little desperate because I'm going to sleep at the fret no worse tonight, and since I come from far away I have no plan B.Normally there would be a delay of 10-15 days for a repair of this type, it's just normal. I explain my situation.The owner himself (I think his name is Luc) takes charge of bringing my generator into the workshop and diagnosing it... 10 minutes later I come out of there with a bill that is really too low for what it would have been anywhere else for this kind of service!The problem was with the start button, I would never have been able to find this problem without a professional.I love this kind of business, what a pleasure!

Complete scammers. I paid for gaskets. They never sent them. PayPal gave me my money back. Jean Morneau Inc send an invoice for the gaskets a few times a week, ever since. PayPal is less than happy with these guys. They’ll never respond to any correspondence. I’ll never do business with them again.
