The grocery store itself is good, their biggest problem: their employees who don't know how to live! No smile, no hello, no thank you, but where is humanity going?? We arrive at the checkout and we disturb the young people because they are gathered together chatting. Rarely seen such bad service, perhaps we should show young people the basic workings of customer service! I own a business and my part-time employees are nothing like that. I believe it is a lack of supervision on the part of the managers/owners. I prefer to spend $100 more to buy groceries at Metro.

As a delivery person, I find the service super supervised and if it takes 53 feet, it's not too easy given the location. The employees help us through the pitfalls and give us confidence. That's my opinion. Empty hot dog and hamburger buns on a Wednesday, it's not my fault 🤣🤣🤣

Lack of space in front of the checkouts for large grocery baskets. In addition, the main exit aisle near the window is cluttered and takes away space in front of the checkouts and in addition the self-checkout section has a barrier that opens onto this aisle... and emits a congestion signal! In short, it's cluttered and poorly designed for customers who have to fill their bags at the checkouts. Customers must put their baskets aside and clutter the second distribution section at the checkouts. Completely ineffective.
