Amazing experience. We are from Florida and we were driving through town in a snow storm. We stopped in to buy a snow sled. Caroline J helped us at the checkout and gave us great advice on where to go to use the sled in town. We had an amazing few hours in the snow all thanks to Caroline. Great job.
